Phoned up the Harrogate dealership in the morning, was round in the afternoon. Had to wait about 1 hour to see a salesperson who then brought the vehicle out of compound. After going for a test drive, they managed to best my prigional finance quote for the vehicle by half. A few days later, they managed to get me a confirmation of finance for the sale and was collected 2-3 days later without much hassle. Vehicle is booked in for inspection and possible repair under the dealerships 3 month used vehicle warranty for a possible CV Joint which happened less than a week of purchase but communication to get it booked in has been great. Hopefully the repair and courtesy vehicle process is aas smooth sailing as it has been compared to other dealers I have been with.

Buying a car can be stressful!
But I felt comfortable with the sales personnel, I was not pressured and they listened to my requirements and offered several solutions and alternatives. They were helpful and I did not feel the hard sell I have experienced in similar situations.
I actually felt my wife and I were treated with respect and not seen as just another pair of “punters”.
